		<description>From a client&#039;s point of view, SoftLayer is doing exactly that. After my sites grew to need a better server, I remembered seeing SoftLayer about 6 months back, but as capacity hardly dictated a change then I passed it over. Once I needed an upgrade, I remembered. I&#039;ve never looked back either. SoftLayer has built a network I want, and gives me the control I want. Not to mention the forum and the IRC channel. What you all are doing, it&#039;s working. :)</description>
