I'm totally Deaf, so phones are pretty useless to me also. I often wish I could call softlayer support.. because sometimes just ticketing isn't "realtime" enough. I've been wishing for IM access to Softlayer support like we do with sales.. That would help so much on so many levels for me and my customers.
