Way to  go!!!! 

I&#039;m totally Deaf, so phones are pretty useless to me also.

I often wish I could call softlayer support.. because sometimes just ticketing isn&#039;t &quot;realtime&quot; enough.  I&#039;ve been wishing for IM access to Softlayer support like we do with sales.. That would help so much on so many levels for me and my customers.

I used to have that arrangement with rackspace.com and it was awesome. I hope softlayer can one day accommodate me that way.

Anyway, way to go, I like reading success stories like this :)</description>
