When people interview for a position with SoftLayer, they have to be enthusiastic about the company, they have to be a good fit for our team, and they have to be able and willing to learn. We foster an open working environment where employees can ask questions and get help when they don&#039;t know an answer or are unfamiliar with something. If he didn&#039;t know about RAID &lt;em&gt;now&lt;/em&gt; ... then we&#039;d be in trouble.</description>
