		<description>Nice post on the subtle difference between social media and social marketing. From my perspective, it would be nice to get a monthly or quarterly mailer from the management team highlighting the main events and any special offers @ SL. 

This would probably help us in saving some time trying to catch the latest updates on the press releases section and keeping abreast on your twitter feeds. 

Form me, the Softlayer social media initiative is very comprehensive and is engaging its audience in a meaningful manner.
