True,being on-call for a baby is a lot more difficult than being on-call for development support.

Congratulations to the new baby!

Typically, a new born will sleep longer at night after 1st month. On 2nd month, you can try to help the baby to establish good evening/night habits. After evening bath, play with him and then feed him before putting him to bed. On the 3rd month, baby will sleep through the night. Oh… make sure his room is dark.
